Job Title: Travel LPN / LPN
Facility: Mission Arch Center – Genesis Healthcare

Region: Genesis – West Region
Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (30-min break)
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours per Week
Assignment Type: Travel / Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans.

• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting any changes promptly to the RN or care team.

• Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and daily clinical tasks.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to implement individualized care plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.

• Ensure infection control, safety, and quality standards are consistently followed.

• Educate residents and families about care, health maintenance, and rehabilitation progress.

• Participate in shift reports, interdisciplinary meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
